    Exchange:

    For any Exchange related request for International or Domestic order, the original garment must be returned to us.

    International : Within 30 days of receiving the parcel

    Domestic : Within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

    Make sure you mention all order details and contact-related details on the return parcel.

    • Exchange is allowed only once per order, so take your time and select carefully.
    • Exchange option is allowed to purchase something of the same or higher value.
    • Garment customized in any way is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • No two discount offers can be clubbed together.
    • Garments purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only size can be fixed.
    • Coupons or ongoing discounts cannot be clubbed with GJ credits. Full price will be applied when redeeming credit notes.
    • Garment above the 12,000/- range is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only size issues can be fixed with such premium garments.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase..

    Damaged / Defective/Wrong product received:

    We do multiple quality checks, before dispatching the order but in case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product reaches you, kindly get in touch via WhatsApp/ email at +91-6378712432/customercare.tajnanjpr@gmail.com respectively with reference images within 36 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details of your order. The team will certainly help you with the return of the order. And the correct order will be shipped to you.

    Refunds

    We do not have a refund policy.

    For international/domestic orders if in case you are unhappy with the product quality or size, you will be required to send the shipment from your end. Once we receive it here, we will update you and you can let us know what you need in exchange.

    In case, you do not feel like shopping right then, the amount will be converted to tajnan credit valid for 6 months, but only after receiving the outfit.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
